Our Story

Built for the hour everyone stops to watch

Sunset Hotel exterior at dusk

Sunset Hotel opened in 2026 on a stretch of coastline chosen for one reason: the way the light lands here in the last hour before dark. What started as a six-room guest house has grown into sixty-four rooms and villas, a working relationship with the fishing boats in the harbor below, and a rooftop bar that fills up an hour before the sky starts to change.

We're still a family-run property. Every room faces west, every terrace was angled by hand during construction, and the restaurant menu changes with whatever came off the boats that morning. Nothing here was built to impress from a brochure — it was built to be watched from a chair, slowly, with a drink in hand.

Our mission is simple: give guests one uninterrupted hour a day worth remembering, and take care of everything else quietly around it.
